Charlene Hart

Charlene has been a Realtor in Northern Colorado since 2001 and can easily say she is in LOVE with Real estate! Over the years she has seen her community grow, worked directly in selling several of the new neighborhoods as they became integrated into the community, and has had a long standing relationship with many of the key county coordinators making her a knowledgeable source in not only "what's to come" but in "where we have been". Charlene holds several real estate designations like e-pro, CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert), and is a hands-on Realtor. You can expect a fully engaged consultant from beginning to end while working with her. As one of her clients put it "there were no surprises with Charlene, she had us ready for each step of the transaction before it even happened!"

Charlene was raised in Alaska and prior to moving to Colorado worked in the Oil & Gas industry. She attributes her upbringing to her genuine love of the outdoors. When not at work you will usually find her (and her dog Rue) exploring, kayaking, volunteering, or just sitting on a local patio with friends & family.
